Pathways School Gurgaon is now PSG Clifton International School: what parents need to know

Lighthouse Learning has taken over the Baliawas IB school and renamed it after a partnership with the UK's Clifton College. Here is what has been announced, and what has not.

Pathways School Gurgaon, the IB school at Baliawas off the Gurugram-Faridabad Road, has a new owner and a new name. Lighthouse Learning said in a press release dated 12 October 2026 that it has assumed ownership of the school and renamed it PSG Clifton International School.

What happened, and when

  • 6 October 2026: Lighthouse Learning Group, formerly EuroKids International, announced a partnership with Clifton College, a school in Bristol, UK, founded in 1862. The group described it as Clifton College’s first international presence outside the UK. In the same release, Lighthouse said it runs over 2,000 preschools and 60 K-12 schools.
  • 12 October 2026: Lighthouse Learning said it had assumed ownership of Pathways School Gurgaon and renamed it PSG Clifton International School.
  • 13 October 2026: Pathways World School, Gurgaon, the Aravali campus, said in a statement that the former Baliawas campus has left the Pathways network and no longer has the right to use the Pathways name, and that the founding family no longer owns or manages it. Pathways World School said it continues to be owned and led by the founding family.

Two different schools

The change affects only the Baliawas school. Pathways World School, Gurgaon, the IB boarding and day school on the Aravali campus, is a separate school and keeps the Pathways name. Parents searching online may still find both under “Pathways Gurgaon” for some time, so it is worth checking which campus a page refers to.

What has been said about students

The 12 October release refers to the school’s “established IB ethos” and promises curated programmes and international collaborations for students. The school’s director, Captain Rohit Sen Bajaj, said the school would remain “true to the spirit and foundation of the school”.

The announcements do not mention any change to fees, the curriculum, admissions or staff, and they do not give a date from which the new name applies to documents such as fee receipts and certificates.

Questions parents may want to ask the school

  • Will the IB programmes the school offers continue as they are?
  • Will fees for the current or the next session change?
  • From when will receipts, report cards and certificates carry the new name?
  • What will the Clifton College partnership mean in practice: exchanges, visits or shared programmes?

The school’s profile on The School Chronicles now shows its new name, with a note of its former name. We will update it as the school publishes more details.
